✦ What Hushabook is for

Bedtime stories and loving messages for your own children, recorded by you and the people you personally invite. That's it. Recordings that are abusive, frightening, or inappropriate for children have no place here, and a family that misuses Hushabook loses its shelf without notice.

✦ Your links are keys

Your bookshelf link and your guest invite links open your children's bedtime world. Only share them with people you trust. Guest links work once and expire on their own; your studio PIN is for the grown-ups of your household.

✦ Yours stays yours

Your recordings belong to your family, and stories written for your family are for your family's personal enjoyment. You can download everything from the studio's keepsake section whenever you like.

✦ It's a free trial

Hushabook is an early, invite-only test run by one dad. It's offered as-is, with love but without warranties - it may have quiet days, hiccups, or change shape as it grows. If it ever becomes a paid product, you'll be told clearly beforehand, and your shelf and recordings come with you (or leave with you - your choice).

✦ If something's wrong

Received a recording that worries you? Delete it from your studio and report it through the feedback box - a human reads every report, fast. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities on child-safety matters.
